News:
Seneca Wood made the Entertainment Weekly Must List for August 30, 2009!

We had an article in the Mineral Daily News Tribune on January 12, 2010.

We got a terrific article in The Calvert Recorder, September 9, 2009.

Seneca Wood got a two page story in the Calvert Independent, July 29 issue. Unfortunately, they have no online presence.

The book got a mention in the Baltimore Sun's "Read Street" book blog at http://weblogs.baltimoresun.com/entertainment/books/blog/2009/07/book_it_41.html

The Cumberland Times-News published a big article about the book. Read the article at http://www.times-news.com/entertainment/local_story_176220406.html?keyword=secondarystory.

We just got another great review of the book by reviewer David Kinchen. Take a look at http://www.huntingtonnews.net/columns/090626-kinchen-columnsbookreview.html.

In June, two interviews about the book aired on public radio. A 3 1/2 minute story ran on West Virginia Public Radio's WV Morning. You can listen to it at: http://www.wvpubcast.org/newsarticle.aspx?id=10026.

On the weekend, a longer, roughly 8 minute story, ran on regional public radio in several states on the show
Inside Appalachia.  You can hear it at: http://www.wvpubcast.org/insideapp.aspx?id=10017. It is the last item on the hour long show. You might want to let the show load first, then slide up to the interview.

The book received a five-star review from the respected
Midwest Book Review which produces nine publications mostly for libraries. You can read it at: http://www.midwestbookreview.com/sbw/jun_09.htm#ficti. Scroll down till you see Seneca Wood as the heading. "Seneca Wood is a fun adventure novel with an authentic West Virginian flavor."

In addition, a number of newspapers in West Virginia have run coverage about the book release.
